| GENE LOFGREN: When it was time to sell our house, we were hoping to make a quick move. In this Market yeah right! Well, after interviewing a few realtors, we chose Gene. We liked that he lived in our neighborhood and had a strong career in real estate sales. Gene listed our house and within 5 days it was shown 10 times. On day five we received an offer and he had it under contract by day 7, for the price we wanted. If you are looking for a realtor and want someone who will help you through this process, and always answer your calls, you need Gene. | VALERIE JARNBERG: My closure was scheduled to occur within one month of the date I applied for the loan from my local bank in Sedona, AZ. Two months and three extensions later, closure finally occurred. During this very trying, frustrating time, Ms. Jarnberg kept, not only me but the sellers informed of the reasons for the delay and made my life, as well as that of the sellers, as comfortable as possible. She was in constant contact with the seller's realtor as well as the local title company. Whenever I had questions, or concerns - particularly regarding the state of mind of the sellers, Ms. Jarnberg responded to my emails the same day. Ms. Jarnberg is extremely knowledgeable regarding the real estate business and, particularly in the geographic area of my home. She conducted herself in a cordial, yet professional manner, with the seller's agent. | DEBBIE SUNDELL and JARROD ENRIGHT: When we were thinking about purchasing a condo in Florida, friends recommended the services of Debbie and Jarrod, and for good reason. The services they provided were exemplary. They really listened to what we told them we were looking for, and delivered. Every question we asked was responded to within a very short time. When we couldn't get to Florida to view prospective units ourselves, they took tons of pictures for us. Debbie is as fussy as we are, and knew that we would want to see inside cupboards and closets, ceilings and light fixtures, and provided us with pictures of everything. It takes a lot of trust to purchase a unit without having seen it with our own eyes, but our trust in Debbie and Jarrod was well-founded. They even obtained quotes for renovations we wanted to do, and recommended contractors to complete the work. We highly recommend Debbie and Jarrod!
